A-Fest 2026
Thank you Andover!
Thank you for coming out in your masses to support your local charities, community groups, organisations, businesses and High Street shops. Days like this really do show just how special Andover is.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up on what was a beautiful day. It was incredible to see so many people having fun, discovering something new, and supporting the amazing range of local organisations and businesses we have.
Seeing children’s faces light up - whether it was climbing into a fire engine, spotting a police van, getting their faces painted, trying henna, or discovering a charity that could support them - that’s exactly why we do this each and every year.
We’d love to hear from you - please leave your feedback here, it will only take a minute: www.bit.ly/A-Fest-Feedback
A-Fest is free for a reason. If you’re able to make a small donation to help keep it that way, you can do so here: www.goodhub.com/go/a-fest
I’ll be doing proper thank yous to the full team tomorrow, but for now - a huge thank you to our volunteers; Katherine, Andrew M, Andrew H, Steven, my amazing family Karina, Iurie, Jenny and Catrina, our stage team Elliott and everyone at Elite Sound & Light, and all the businesses, charities and stallholders who made today what it was. And of course, not forgetting our amazing sponsors Test Valley Borough Council, Andover Town Council, Hampshire County Council, Newbury Building Society and The DeeDee Trust. You are all why this event goes ahead every year, so thank you!
See you next year!
Showcasing the amazing opportunities available for young people
For 12 years, A-Fest has brought Andover together - families, young people, performers, artists, youth groups, charities, clubs, community organisations, local businesses and volunteers - all with one shared purpose: creating positive opportunities for young people in our town.
A-Fest is only possible thanks to the generous support of local councils, sponsors and community partners. Their backing helps us keep the festival free, inclusive and accessible.
What to expect
A-Fest takes over the High Street every year with a lively programme of entertainment and hands-on activities throughout the day. You can expect live performances on the main stage, interactive stalls and activities, community showcases, family-friendly entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to try something new.
Across the festival you’ll find a mix of familiar favourites and new surprises - from local artisans and food stalls to community services, youth groups, activities and demonstrations. (Yes, we’ve even had goats!)
Why A-Fest matters
A-Fest exists to spotlight the incredible opportunities available locally - helping young people to build confidence, develop skills, discover new interests, and make connections in a safe, welcoming environment.
It’s also a chance for families to enjoy a fun, affordable day out and to meet the organisations that support young people across Andover.

Young people centred
Young people are at the heart of everything we do. A-Fest exists to empower young people by giving them opportunities.
From performances and activities to showcasing local services and pathways, the festival is designed to help young people build confidence, discover new interests, and feel connected to their community in a positive, welcoming environment.
Sustainability
We’re committed to reducing the environmental impact of
A-Fest each year.
We prioritise local traders and suppliers where possible, encourage responsible waste management, and ensure the site is left clean and tidy after the event.
